Firm assignments included: Charles Schwab, Linsco Private Ledger, Robert W. Baird (Northwestern Mutual Life), U.S. Clearing, Deutsche Bank Alex Brown, Edgewood Services, Advanced Clearing, H&R Block and Janney Montgomery Scott.


Mutual Fund Order Desk Associate November

Process daily business for largest insurance company based broker/dealer in the industry. Order Desk deals in mutual funds and annuities. Duties include organizing paperwork, retrieving missing paperwork from representatives, date processing and assisting in representative services.

Duties also include taking telephone orders from representatives, dealing with fund companies on behalf of clients and working hand in hand with the rest of the operations staff in an effort to provide quality service to the clients.
